User Data Deletion Instructions & Policy

At Maroth Platform, we respect your data privacy and give you 100% control to delete your account and remove all personal information and connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Pinterest).

Method 1: Direct In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

1. Log in to your Maroth account dashboard at https://maroth.co/dashboard.
2. Go to Settings or click on your profile/organization menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Scroll down to the 🚨 Danger Zone: Delete My Account section.
4. Click Delete Account & Wipe All Data and confirm. All your data, connected social tokens, brands, and campaign posts will be permanently wiped immediately.

Method 2: Automatic Facebook App Data Deletion Callback

If you remove the Maroth Platform app from your Facebook Settings (Facebook -> Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Apps and Websites):

1. Facebook will automatically send an automated data deletion request to our callback endpoint: https://maroth.co/api/auth/data-deletion.
2. Our system automatically invalidates and deletes your Facebook/Instagram OAuth access tokens and connected account metadata.

Method 3: Support Email Request

You can also send a data deletion request email to our data compliance team at care@maroth.co with subject "Account Data Deletion Request". We process manual requests within 24 hours.
